You can activate the charging card on the web portal when you are logged-in to your account. You simply have to enter the charging card number, which is on the back of each card and press ‘’Activate’’. In case you have any trouble with the registration procedure, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

Please note that you will not be able to reuse your charging card with a new contract (currently). Please in this case order a new charging card in the contract set up process.
