Please make sure to check the followings:
- The correct login credentials are used at login attempt
- If you forgot your password, please do reset it via CHARGE NOW to be able to access your account
- You have not deleted your CHARGE NOW account
- If there are no outstanding invoices and the account was inactive for more than 180 days, the account gets deleted from the system automatically, hence no access to the account is possible. In this case, a new account needs to be created.
