The CHARGE NOW app supports intercharge QR codes for starting charging sessions.

However, please note that many charge point operators within our charging network use their own QR codes. These QR codes may not work with the CHARGE NOW app and could redirect you to the operator's website instead.

Steps to charge using a QR code

1. Enable camera access: Allow the app to access your device’s camera in the settings.
2. Access the "Start charging" menu: Open the app and select "Scan QR code" in the charging options.
3. Locate the QR code: Identify the intercharge QR code on the charging station.
4. Scan the QR code: Point your device’s camera at the QR code to scan it.
5. Confirm the connector ID: Verify the correct connector ID displayed in the app and confirm to initiate charging.
