The ‘Fleet’ section in your account gives you access to our new Fleet solution for small to medium businesses. This feature has been tailored to help companies with between two and 200 company EVs reduce the administrative burden of managing charging costs across multiple vehicles, drivers and accounts. Managers can link driver accounts with their company account to consolidate all charging costs into a single monthly invoice. It’s free to use, and drivers can continue charging as normal with the vehicle brands they already have.
How to get started:
- Managers: If you manage electric vehicle charging costs at your company, you can create a Manager Account on CHARGE NOW and follow the steps to link your drivers’ accounts.
- Drivers: If you’re a driver who charges a company EV or a pool car, you can generate a code from the ‘Fleet’ tab in your charging service account and share it with your manager to link your account to the company.
Once a driver account is securely linked to a company, their charging costs will be billed to the company automatically. No more collecting receipts or managing reimbursements. Drivers continue charging as usual and Managers can manage charging costs for every vehicle in their fleet on one monthly invoice.
