Depending on which option you chose during registration, social media account (Apple, Facebook, Google) or email account, you will have different ways of updating your credentials:

Social Media Account Registration: (Apple, Facebook, Google):

Since you logged in to CHARGE NOW by using your Apple, Facebook, or Google account, you must go to that account and manage your login and password from there.  

Email Registration:

If you registered to our services with direct email account registration, you can request a password reset in your account by changing your login details by logging into your account on the website.

Click on user name --> Account --> Login & Password --> change your password, and / or your email address. 

Alternatively, you can change your password by clicking on "Forgot Password?" on the login page of the website. You will receive an email to your email address with the further required actions.
